Support the Black and Missing Foundation
Far too often, missing Black people do not receive the attention or resources they deserve. As an extension of my 40th birthday celebration, I’m partnering with the Black and Missing Foundation to raise funds and awareness in our community. Your support can help amplify these cases, provide critical resources to families, and bring more of our loved ones home. Together, we can make a difference.
Statistics: Forty (40) percent of missing persons are persons of color, yet, African-Americans make up only 13 percent of the population. Thousands of people are reported missing every year in the U.S. and while not every case will get widespread media attention, the coverage of white and minority victims is far from proportionate.
